How it works

Four steps, from purchase to printing.

  1. Download

After purchase, sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser on your computer or phone, and download the PDF from Your account > Purchases > Download Files. Downloads aren't available in the Etsy app.

  2. Open your template

Open the PDF and click a template link. It opens in Canva and gives you your own copy.

  3. Edit

Edit in your browser or the Canva app. You'll need a Canva account. Editing works best on a computer.

  4. Print

Download your finished files as a print-quality PDF (the "PDF Print" option). Then print at home, at a local print shop, or with an online printer.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get my template?

It's a digital download after purchase, delivered by Etsy. Sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser on your computer or phone, then download the PDF from Your account > Purchases > Download Files. Downloads aren't available in the Etsy app.

Nothing is mailed.

Can I edit on my phone?

You can edit in your browser or in the Canva app, and editing works best on a computer. You'll need a Canva account.

What can I change?

All of the text, including names, dates, wording and the menu, plus the colors and fonts. You can also move, resize or delete elements. Illustrations are images: you can move, resize or remove them, but not redraw them.

Your copy is private. I can't see or change your edits, and your changes don't affect anyone else's template.

How do I print?

Download your finished files as a print-quality PDF (the "PDF Print" option). Then print at home, at a local print shop, or with an online printer. Nothing is mailed.

What sizes are included?

Every piece has its own sizes, in inches unless marked. The Welcome Sign, for example, comes in 24 × 36, 18 × 24 and A1 (594 × 841 mm).

Can I get a refund?

Because these are digital downloads, Etsy doesn't allow returns or exchanges. If a file won't open, a template link doesn't work, or something isn't as described in the listing, message me through Etsy and I'll fix it. If I can't fix it, I'll refund you through Etsy. Changing your mind after purchase isn't covered. If an issue isn't resolved, Etsy's Purchase Protection may also cover a digital order that isn't as described or whose file is never delivered. This doesn't affect your rights under your local consumer law.

Are the designs made with AI?

Yes. The details are in the About section.

How the designs are made

Can I share my copy, or buy for a client?

You can share your own copy with people helping with your wedding. Please don't pass the original template link on.

If you're a planner, or anyone buying for a client, please message me through Etsy before purchasing. The standard license is personal use.
